Silk Screen Asian-American Film Festival
This annual event showcases films and filmmakers with origins in India, Japan, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Iran, and more, beginning with a gala opening-night event and screening of “The Lady,” a film about Burmese opposition politician Aung San Suu Kyi. Festival venues include the Harris Theater, Melwood Screening Room, and Regent Square Theater.

Impressionism in a New Light: From Monet to Steiglitz
This exhibition of more than 150 works features many of the most important artists of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, exploring the radical nature of the Impressionist movement and the visual dialog between these artists and Pictorialist photographers of the era. The show includes works by Cassatt, Cezanne, Degas, Gaugin, Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, Seurat, Demachy, Stieglitz, Steichen, White, and others.

Mother's Day Concert in Somerset
